Shipping and delivery
Within the BeNeLux, orders at Crystallized.be are mainly delivered to you by PostNL. For the rest of Europe it is mainly DPD.
If an order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a parcel.
Larger packages and pallet freight are usually sent to you by DHL.
If the carrier allows it, we will send you a track & trace code by e-mail. With this mail and code you can follow the shipping process of your package online.
DPD does not deliver packages to a PO Box address. We therefore recommend that you always use a regular address as a precaution. You can also always choose to have the package delivered to a local pickup point.
Normal delivery time within the BeNeLux is 1 to 3 working days. For the rest of Europe it is 2 to 5 working days. We always try to ship an order within 2 working days. If the indicated delivery time cannot be met we will always inform you in advance.
If you still have not received your order after 5 working days you can contact our service department by e-mail.
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a quote with shipping costs.
